"The hotel was packed for the weekend, and incredibly loud. The walls are paper thin and the people staying next to us were talking until well after 3pm in the morning and we could hear the conversation. The phone in the room did not work so I could not call the front desk. The pool hours were posted around the hotel but they closed it early due to staffing issues. "This place is horrible.Early morning lots of noise, people next door fighting. Floor above us was like someone moving in at 8am in the morning. Called the FD to make a complaint but the issue was never resolved they said no one is in the room above us which is insane. In addition to that none of the ice machines works on either floors. Tv has no internet."
