"Everything in the building is good and also came with free EV chargers. I asked the staff to switch out my dirty towels and they didn't. The only complain I have is the breakfast. There is an elder lady there making omelette doesn't seem like she wanted to be there. They put the breakfast behind her so that no one can take more. She seems to be like the guardian of the eggs/pancakes/homefries. When we asked for it she gives the minimal. I got a omelette with sausage but I went back for pancakes...

"Came here to celebrate our 7 year anniversary, wish we looked else where. Pool and spa were closed for “inspection”, from what we could tell the pool and spa had been closed for a while (no pool access was not listed anywhere on Expedia). Employees had zero dress code, in t shirts and gym shorts. All ammedities were not available, that being the restaurant, pool/spa, wine cellar, and cafe. Tennis court is abandoned. They had a dog area for people with pets and it was a decent amount or grass with poop bags and a trash can for the bags. That said, the actual room itself was really disappointing. Then I stepped outside to enjoy the balcony to find that the balcony above was being cleaned and all the water from that one completely covered the balcony for my room with dirty water.
