"Excellent breakfast with items being replenished. Staff very kind and attentive. Rooms were great and well equipped (Dove products including lotion). The only one downside was the loud sound of hotel rooms closing late into the night and early in the mornings. The doors are made that way- if you are a light sleeper it can be annoying but overall not too bad. "

"The hotel looked nice, but when we got there every amenity was closed from the pool, spa, and resteraunt. Our spa appointments were canceled days away from our stay due to the masseuse leaving for the weekend. Our room was stated to have a hot tub, but it was just a bathtub with jets, and there was hair in the tub and stains on the curtain. Debris also came out when we turned on the tub faucet. The sink would also not stop dripping. Additionally, there were hornets in the room and the AC did...

"Of the three hotels I have stayed at in North Andover, this one is the cleanest and most convenient for me. Wish the prices would always be what I paid for this last 2 day stay, it would save me from having to go to the other hotels when I come up once per month for two days at a time."

"Hi, my stay at Double Tree/Hilton Andover overall was good. The Hotel itself was was lovely, neat and clean. The spacious room was very neat and clean. I had trouble sleeping with such soft pillows, even when placing three pillows on top of each other. Also traveling with a seeing/walking impared person, it was difficult to enter the Hotel with the circular entry door. Only one person can fit in the small circular space.
