The kitchenette area had broken drawers and no drain plug for the sink, and "breakfast" in the lobby was coffee, instant oatmeal packets, and a few packaged pastries. Fortunately there's a killer bakery/cafe within walking distance! Not a bad stay, but definitely no-frills."

There was paint all over the ceiling and the bathtub in the bathroom had old, dried caulking all around the bathtub. "It says breakfast included but it is a table in the lobby with a coffee thermo and few snack bars and small muffins. It is suppose to operate until 9:30am and I went at 9am and it was empty."

"The room was very clean, but the parking lot was extremely full, and there was almost no space to park. Unfortunately, the staff did not seem friendly or welcoming. After driving for 20 hours, I asked if there was any possibility of checking in early. I completely understand that the rooms were still being cleaned, but the way the situation was communicated felt rude and lacking in courtesy.
