"The reason I chose the hotel is the 24 hour Dulles shuttle. I called in advance and was told just to dial the number when we arrive. We arrived in Dulles at nearly 10pm, called after collecting our luggage. We had issues with the shuttle not showing upon arrival at Dulles and the next morning when we had to catch another flight. While the phone response time was quick and directions on where to go upon arrival were clear, it seems no one had any control over the driver who wouldn't show up in...

"Room smelled a bit musty or like it had been smoked in at some point. Shower ceiling looked like the floor above was/had leaking (possible mold on ceiling). Property is a bit outdated but not terrible. Overall, ok stay."

I was not going to pay extra for being wheelchair dependent for something that was never my fault. The room size was TOTALLY the same but this hotel, unlike others I’ve stayed in, wants to charge more for that, for no reason. It’s just bad.
