"The staff was amazing. They understood my situation, and helped me to accomplish my 1 night stay. I loved their minimalist pool, the fact that the king bed room was like a studio apartment, and its location. The kitchenette could’ve been cleaner, but i wasn’t that worried about it. The phone answering time could also be a little quicker, but i wasn’t mad about it. "The bathroom was not clean at all, the extra soaps and all were hanging off the wall or just sat in the showers, the shower had mold around it and the toilet, when you walked into our room all your smelt was smoke and people smoking in the lobby while playing pool."

"2 of the front desk employees & a guest tried to BREAK into my room at 1 am! Terrifying myself & my daughter. They kicked our door, used the key card several times & even put their fingers inside the door to move the bar. At one point they actually got the bar off and opened our door, my daughter put all her weight into the door & closed it and locked it again! I had to be up in just a few hours for a big horse show, so to say the least, I was completely exhausted during my show!!! The manager...

"First room asssigned the aC was not working but we persevered the first night due to exhaustion and believing it just needed time. The next morning I called front desk and reported they stated they had no maintenance on deck and she could move me immediately, which she did within 10 mins. So outside of the first night the resolution turnaround was fantastic wish I would have noticed the AC when I checked in but we were out preparing for graduation the following morning. "The location of this townhome is brilliantly close to Baylor! It was well stocked and clean. The secondary bedroom mattress was intensely uncomfortable. The downstairs shower would without warning change from warm water to quite cold. It did this multiple times throughout the shower without warning. With a better mattress in the secondary bedroom, and detention to the downstairs shower. This would be a phenomenal place to stay next to Baylor University. Also note when you check in, the air...
