The property was quiet and clean however the website is completely deceiving. There is NO Spa and NO piano bar. The staff aren’t even there from 10p-8am. Very disappointing.

Room was great. Excellent breakfast and amenities (cookies and lemonade). And yes the staff was great. Both shifts I saw but particularly the morning staff. Very friendly
