The hotel was well captured and the room was clean. The bed felt hard and cheap, the towels had stains in them and the snacks in the snack machine was melted and the do not have breakfast. The hotel itself was clean and well kept and the staff was polite

Staff is very helpful and accommodating. The parking was great. The facilities was very nice. The only critique I would have is that there were a few things left in my room that were in a closet that perhaps was overlooked by the cleaning staff, but the room was very cleaned.

This is an extended stay hotel. We did not know this. Therefore, there was no blanket on the bed, no hair dryer, no dishes, glasses, etc. in the kitchenette. There was a full sized frig, a stove top, and a microwave. Also, there was no breakfast bar, only coffee. But it was neat and clean, and the receptionist was very helpful.

Photos are certainly deceiving. Room not clean, dirt/hair in corners, broken blinds, unknown stains on shower curtain. Suites are only located by the elevator- constantly noisey. Blankets were thin, nonexistent. Waited at front desk several times to try to get an extra blanket, no staff could be found. They do not offer breakfast. The kitchen area consists of a refrigerator, microwave & counter top. The full size fridge was helpful. It feels like these are more long term residents than a hotel. Will not stay again.

The property is very clean. I like that guests have to tap their room card to access the elevator and rooms. Rooms were very spacious and beds were decent. The full fridge and kitchen is handy for longer stays. The linens were very minimal (2 bath towels and 2 face towels - no hand towels) and toiletries included 1 bar of soap and 1 small single use shampoo, no conditioner or creams. We packed our own but sometimes we rely on the hotel soaps. Parking was very spacious, easy access to I-65 and Scottsville Road. We would definitely stay again. Great rooms for the price.

The staff were very friendly & helpful. The elevator & hallways were not cleaned. There was food particles & paper on the floor & food particles & spills in the elevator. The washers were dirty on the inside & out. There were no smoking within 25 feet of building & people were standing & sitting right by the doors smoking. Could hear every sound from upstairs & next door...there is no carpeting in the rooms due to being a pet friendly place, so that could be some of the issue. Would I stay here again, probably, but now I know what to expect.
