"The place felt very dated and worn. For me, when choosing a place to stay, cleanliness trumps everything else. While we didn't experience getting bed bugs or anything, it felt like we could have. It just felt scuzzy. Very few amenities. The outdoor pool which was supposed to be open, was not. This was June 11th and 12th; it should have been open and was advertised as it was. We booked a room for 5 people, there were only enough towels and washcloths for 3. I mean, how hard is it to properly prepare for the correct number of guests? The lady at the front desk gave us additional towels and washcloths, but we shouldn't have had to go get them ourselves. We had stayed here several years ago and don't recall any issues back then, so the decline must be recent. It is certainly a place to rest your head and get a shower, but we won't choose to stay here again."
