"Let start with the good: The apartment was a good size, and parking was easy. Location was decent - a short (10min) walk to the local shopping centre and tram line into the city. Oh, and there was plenty of dishwasher powder (other places often only have enough for one load)!
That’s about all the good news, though. The appartments are not actually at the stated address. Reception is there, but apartments are on the other side of the highway. It’s not easy to walk across, and to drive you have...

My husband and I spent one night at Avani for a medical appointment 300m away at Box Hill hospital.
The 2 guys at reception were friendly prompt helpful and made the stay super easy.
The affordable high rise apartment was modern and homely.
Just 2 buildings down is the RSL club lovely welcoming staff and delicious meals . We booked a table earlier in the day as its is very popular.
Easy apartment bookin with parking out front until we used underground...

"For a single person staying the room was large enough but for a couple it will be tighter. The lighting was excellent, the bed was very comfortable and everything worked well at all times. A room upgrade , early check-in and late check out via Expedia rewards were utilised to the fullest extent after arriving back from overseas. Proximity to Southern Cross train station is ideal particularly after using the Skyways? bus service from the airport (5 minute walk). Ideal for travellers heading overseas or returning. Close to DFO outlets for shopping. I was expecting a continental breakfast (toast, cereal, coffee)...
