"Cool room and great restaurants in hotel. Nice outdoor area. Gym is used for PT sessions at the busiest times so not ideal for hotel guests to use. The sockets in the room and some of the fixings in need of repair and tired. Bed too firm and the room was too dark overall"

"On arrival greeted by reception as if they’d been having a bad day and letting it show. Hotel is pleasant enough but I don’t expect luxury what I do expect a comfortable bed. My expectations were not met here. Easily the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. Mattress must have been 20 years old. I resorted to pulling out the sofa bed at 2am it was that bad. Better but not a great alternative. Maybe I got unlucky. "

"Honestly, the best thing about this place is riding the Terminal 5 Heathrow Pods. Everything's very impersonal, staff are nice enough, but I felt like I had to work hard for them to notice I was even there. Everything's "Self Service". The hotel is . . . OK. "The room was clean but the decor and condition outdated and poor. There appears to have been no updating or redecorating since I last stayed here 10 years ago. No breakfast as they no longer have dining facilities."
