"Clean roomThey put us pool side when I didn’t want pool side and it was very loud and hard to get to my autistic toddler asleep and for the adults to sleep too I asked for a city view room and they said they didn’t have any and couldn’t switch me if they did They had people on that side so I know it was a lie. I always stay here and was very disappointed with the front desk when I checked in "

"Great location and even better, smily staff. Small indoor waterpark, but sufficient for kids to have fun. Think of Great Wolf Lodge on a smaller scale. They have all that kids would like. Few outside seating benches with tables would be a great addition, just so we could have a snack or sit outside. "

However, the major concern breakfast food was limited and staff couldn't keep up with the amount of people and children were there for spring break! The hotel amenities were great with the various pools and lounging areas with huge firepits! Staff was amazing from bartenders to the front desk. Love Shana at the front desk.
