"Good location for Hatton Cross, room was clean.
Not a very friendly hotel but did the job for a cheap 1x night stay.
Breakfast exceptionally poor quality."

"Excellent customer service at check in.
Staff asked to see ID for confirmation of name on booking.
There is a £50 deposit which is authorised /debited then released/refunded.
Timescale on getting your deposit back after check out depends on the type of card used.
Staff explained services available with open times for breakfast, gym/pool and bar during check in which was great.
The main reception and area on ground floor very spacious with some seats around the place.
The room was just okay,...

"Cool room and great restaurants in hotel. Nice outdoor area. Gym is used for PT sessions at the busiest times so not ideal for hotel guests to use. The sockets in the room and some of the fixings in need of repair and tired. Bed too firm and the room was too dark overall"

"We had a 1 hr wait for our room to be ready .spacious and clean but tatty and needing redecorating .wallpaper hanging off the walls shabby furniture.
Towels and bedding good.
below average standard.
Bank Holiday weekend booked fora spa weekend and the salon was shut the entire time of our stay. Disappointing.
I could not recommend this hotel
