It appeared old and poorly maintained, with hair on the bathroom floor and a leaking shower. The cleanliness and upkeep fell below what we expected, making the upgrade feel less meaningful. There were no lifts, so this could be an issue for people with mobility issues. The room itself was on the smaller side but had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. "There are 3 Ibis hotels in a row so make sure you know which one you are staying at. The hotel hopper doesn’t start till 4:40 am so if you have an early flight the better option is to take the local bus to the airport (make sure you get in the right bus for the terminal you are leaving from) which run 24/7 and are only a 2-3 minute walk from the hotel. This is a no frills hotel but good value for the money."
