"Hotel was very busy when I stayed as a couple events on at the time. Some rowdy people. But staff handled it well. Compact room was clean, a bit drafty from the Velux window but managed as the weather wasn't too bad. Plenty parking, didn't struggle considering gym/swimming onsite for local residence. Interactions I had with staff was pleasant. Great location and town centre not a far drive away. Park not far a walk away either. Reasonably priced, but doubt I'd stay there again."

"This is an unfair review because I had to leave Paris early due to train issues, so I needed a place to stay before my flight instead of being in Paris… so I know I need to take that into account because I was a bit bitter. The hotel is fine. It’s clean. That staff is nice. The bed is comfortable. You don’t hear planes - but you definitely hear people in the hallways. Food is meh. You certainly don’t have any options once you are here. You are eating at the hotel! I thought it would be easy...

"Drunk male receptionist took ages to check us in , then given me a room I haven’t book . I have booked one family large room 145 - two green standing single beds and double bed room and I was given one double bed , one single and pull out of this bed to sleep on the floor type matrasse bed , when I questioned this he said that I was suppose to be told this when booked - nonsense I booked via this page with photos of the room - freestanding two single beds !!!"

"Excellent stay for Heathrow with the exception of the Goan Night event, being held the night we stayed which didn't finish until 12:30am, you could hear the bass on the 4th floor. Free Parking & EV charging via Pod Point"

"Staff very helpful if you need an early check-in. Great location for Terminal 5 easy 10 minute train connection to other Terminals. Bus, uber and taxi area immediately next to Hotel for trips in and out of Terminal 5."

The location was absolutely perfect, and having hassle-free onsite parking made our trip so much smoother. "I've stayed at the hotel many times in the past before it became a Warner hotel. Although the facilities are still excellent I was a bit disappointed in the quality of the food in the Market Street restaurant (both evening meal and breakfast). Perhaps it was just that the previous standard as a business hotel was higher than current. We also could not get air-conditioning working in our room ((2021) this appeared to of been a problem for a number of the visitors."

"I enjoyed the fact that for the most part the room was clean. I liked that the bus stop was right outside the gate for local travel and an airport shuttle (should you choose to use it) was there too. Very convenient. Easy on the pockets and has an accommodating and pleasant staff."
