"Fabulous hotel. Welcoming staff, great food (dinner and breakfast), easy to find, loads of parking. Children welcomed, even really tired and grumpy ones after a full day at Legoland nearby. Only minor criticism is no fridge in hotel room (despite a deceptive-looking fridge shaped cupboard!) which would’ve helped us out a lot with our picnic for the following day. "

"Whilst the hotel and spa were pleasant I would suggest this is a hotel for older guests. The entertainment was aimed at the over 65’s who are the predominant age group. The dinners were very average at best. Not a venue for younger groups or couples "

"We only booked because we wanted to be close to a restaurant we were going to. This meant we didn’t take advantage of restaurant, pool or gym. Parking is free but you have to drive around the town until you find a space so not ideal. The rooms are also spread out over three separate buildings. "Really clean room. Lovely grounds and entrance into the lobby. Everything was perfect. Usually hotel rooms in these places are noisy and cold but this was perfection. Staff were really nice too."
