"The best part of our stay was the food in the restaurant. It was exceptional. The worst part was the 38 steps up to our top floor room and the quarter mile walk to the car park. The bed was comfortable, the Nespresso coffee maker was nice and the shower was just OK, having only a rain head and no wand. The bar is great for what’s on the bar menu but lame for US cocktails. For instance, the bartender didn’t know what either a manhattan or Rob Roy was."

Pedimos cambio y se molestaron las 2 señoras de recepción, no fueron tan amables, les rescató la puntuación el Sr. Mayor del restaurante, súper amable en el desayuno, nos trataba increíble, el desayuno rico y la cena deliciosa. "We loved staying here between our visit to Oxford and Bath. The house was very comfortable and gave us the feel for the Cotswolds even though we only stayed one night. The breakfast was delicious and the hostess was hospitable. The price of our May stay was extremely affordable and we feel we got our money’s worth by far. We just loved this place!!"

It was a hot day, we were on the second floor and the room was sweltering and even though they did give us a fan, the fact that the sun was in the room all day and the windows did not open with no air con, we sweltered all night, no one slept. The red hot towel rain under the sink that my daughter kept burning her leg on also made the bathroom even hotter Then having paid extra for breakfast, we got there and due to a lack of gas issue, they only had toast and...

"It is a travesty to call the Wiltshire hotel a spa. We had had a long day travelling and were looking forward to a really nice spa experience. We were given a locker key and a sad towel, no robe. The ladies changing rooms were a disgrace. Broken tiles, grubby floor and a section had been roped off. The pool area was dirty with broken tiles, and mould on the floor tiles. The jacuzzi wasn’t working, neither was the steam room. The hot sauna was good but the pool temperature was on the low side. ...

"Das Hotel liegt mitten im Grünen und bei der Anfahrt über das Grundstück freut man sich schon auf die typisch britische, alte Hausanlage. Im Inneren des Hotels geht der äußere Flair leider etwas verloren, eher so 80er Jahre Style. Wir hatten jeder die preiswerteste Zimmer Kategorie gewählt, gute Matratzen, das Fenster ließ sich öffnen und super war auch das warme und sehr saubere Bad. "

"We wanted to stay in the center of Tetbury and within the walking distance to all, and we found this perfect boutique hotel. It’s very clean and the bed was so comfortable. After a long day, you can have a nice drink at their bar or just an outdoor seating. We had dinner, and it was delicious. All their staffs were professional and friendly.
