Dated hotel nothing warm and friendly and very dated & gloomy reception area was clinical and hospital like! Walked through the bar and out of the exit. Got into car and didn’t go back. Such a shame as had booked for a surprise for my husbands birthday. So dissatisfied. People who say first impressions count well this did and disappointed! Lost the money I had paid!
