"Our toilet over flowed and when I called the front desk the lady acted like she was put out because we needed a plunger. I also told her there was water all over the bathroom floor and asked to have it cleaned up. She brought us the plunger but nothing else. Frustrated I asked for towels since clearly no one was coming to clean it up. Again she seemed put out and came back with 2 bathmats and one towel. We had to use every towel in the room to soak up the water leaving us to not be able to shower because the floor was covered in soaking wet towels and we had no clean ones. How this hotel had such a high rating is beyond me. I wasn't expecting something super fancy but for the price was expecting more. The pictures on the website were very misleading. 10 outta 10 don't recommend this hotel."

"Location is convenient to nearby attractions. Wifi does not work in rooms away from hotel lobby area. Good breakfast. Clean room. The TV voice is set to optical, and no sound is coming out from TV. Friendly staff and easy checkin / out. Overall good experience."

"Room was clean, bed was comfortable, bathroom accessories of soap & shampoo had a nice scent. Blackout curtains that close completely would be helpful for a good night sleep. Sounds from the streets & neighborhood were loud, even with window closed."

"The bed was hard, housekeeping did not change out towels, and the breakfast that is advertised is a fruit cup and granola bar with coffee. "

"We asked for daily housekeeping and they happily accomodated. Staff was friendly. The room was exceptionally clean and spacious (we stayed in a king room). It was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was hot and they had extra niceties (6 toppings for oatmeal, cartons of milk with different fat percentage, blueberry compote and whipped cream for mini waffle maker). Parking was undercover, which was nice. Only complaint was lack of ice machines. Breakfast staff kindly filled our water cups though."
