"Our room was not ready after 8pm when we arrived to check in. They then stated it was and we checked and it still wasn't. We left and went elsewhere."

Shower head was low, even for my 5'3" height due to a bathtub being put over another bathtub. Outside of building is gold vinyl siding that looks grey due to the freeway exhaust on the outside. "I booked a stay planning for a possible extra guest and two small dogs which could not make it. I loved the fact that the hotel is dog-friendly. Without the extra guest and doggies, however, the room felt underwhelming, and one of the beds had a very weak and creaky mattress that should have already been retired. All amenities were adequate, and the young man at the front desk upon arrival was excellent, but overall, the hotel did not really rise to its nightly rate, imo."

The room itself was comfy, clean, & had a microwave & frig & enough room for 4 small suitcases to be opened at the same time. Bathroom toilet paper holder was loose on the mount so probably needs a bit of tightening & the peephole in the door was missing the insert so you could actually see right into the room in tiny hole area so...

Rooms were nice, but the king bed rooms were very tight, and there was not a lot of space for suitcases and walking around. Granted, I did not select the upgraded rooms, which were larger. Access to self-parking was easy and covered. Lots of food options within walking distance."
