The last 4 times we’ve visited this hotel, the pool has not been in working order. This is a big disappointment for our 4 year old. However this is still the best option in West Jefferson, pool availability notwithstanding

Room was clean with very comfortable bed and pillows. Smaller room but very nice. Dinner and bourbon bar was very good with nice selection.
