"The first room we were put in was missing TV and phone or clock after talking with gentleman at the front desk he moved us to a new room. This one has the TV and clock. The ac was unplugged but we were able to fix that. The fridge didn't work at all in the second room even after turn down down to 0. The floors were very dirty. After my shower walking about the room and stepping into the shower to grab soaps foot prints in the tub were black. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and accommodating. AmaOng customer service. Just wish the room matched the pictures online. "

"Reception by the front desk staff when I checked in was very underwhelming. No smile or any indication they were happy to have me. The elevator was inoperative so I had to climb four flights of stairs to get to my room. The last time I stayed at this property, my room faced the on-ramp to a major highway, and it was extremely noisy all night. I asked the front desk staff not to put me in a room that faced the highway but when I got to my room, it faced the highway so I had to go back down and request that I be assigned a different room. The room was nice, but I can’t say the overall experience was that great."
