The ac was unplugged but we were able to fix that. The fridge didn't work at all in the second room even after turn down down to 0. The floors were very dirty. After my shower walking about the room and stepping into the shower to grab soaps foot prints in the tub were black. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and accommodating. AmaOng customer service. Just wish the room matched the pictures online. "
