"Overall, this is a good hotel with excellent facilities, especially the water park, which is the highlight of the resort.
There are a few areas that could be improved. The breakfast is very repetitive, with almost the same selection every day. Reception staff are polite, but there are not enough of them during busy periods, resulting in long waits. Housekeeping could also be more thorough, as the beds are not always cleaned or made to a good standard.
Unfortunately, a power bank was reported...

"We enjoyed our stay overall, but this hotel didn't feel like a true 5-star property—it was closer to a 4-star experience.
The positives: the hotel was spotless and smelled great, the location is excellent (easy walk to Ponta da Piedade and Dona Ana Beach, plus cheap Ubers to Old Town), pool towels were provided, and most staff were wonderful—especially Felipe at the front desk, who was always friendly and helpful. The hotel also had a quieter, more upscale atmosphere with mostly adult...

"The exterior and lobby were very nicely kept up. Breakfast was plentiful and very good.
Didn’t really like being on the ground floor (which was actually below level ground) but that was what we were given. Also when we booked on Expedia it said double bed plus a double sofa bed but it was only a single sofa bed.
Overall though pleasant stay."
