"Staff were friendly and breakfast was good. Overall the hotel is fine.
The biggest thing was that there was water damage and mold all around the shower head in our room. We notified them so hopefully they fix it.
The other issue is totally personal but I found the bed to be way too soft which caused some significant back discomfort. Again this is a personal thing so if you like soft beds this place is for you."

"Where to begin? The desk lady presented herself as if she was doing you a favor for unlocking the door and receiving a guest. When given a key and basically informed that I was on my own from there out, I unlocked my room door and discovered the following: Admittedly, the room was clean. However, the room felt like a room an ex-convict would be given just after release from prison. The lighting was cold with no bedside table lamps. In the bathroom there were two tiny bars of the cheapest “soap”...
