"Amazing stay, regular visited to Woolacombe in the summers months at the caravan parks. Found this Gem and will be using them again! Perfect location. 10 minutes from Barnstaple and 10 from Woolacombe! The town it’s situated in is also great! The Room was stunning and the hosts were great too.. No iron in the room so I messaged the host and when I got back to my room from a trip into town, there was an iron and an ironing board their waiting for me! Thank you!"

"Lovely inn very near the water’s edge. The West Lyn and East Lyn rivers join together just outside the front door and both spill into the Atlantic less than a five-minute walk away. The room was spacious, clean, modern and had a wonderful shower tub combo with a fun n spacious design. Water pressure throughout was perfect as was the water temp. "A fantastic last minute weekend getaway! So many activities for everyone. The grounds are stunning, the staff super friendly and the hot tup at the property was a major plus! Only criticism was the breakfast was a little chaotic (perhaps we arrived at the wrong time) but we were made to wait a while for a table and the selection of cereals / Savory / milk was very sparse ! The dinner was good, but my wife did receive marmite butter when we clearly stated she was coeliac! We will be back with...
