"difficult area to find the hotel, hotel is hidden in a construction blocked area, Google Maps doesn't help going into the hotel it actually gets you lost because of the blocked streets and passagewasy. If you don't have to be in that area please avoid the this hotel a total nightmare during the worst time in the evening after UK airport shutdown Sep 08. Fist time visitors to the Euston Rd area do not book this hotel you will be getting lost. Thanks for reading"

"Really fun place to stay right in the heart of the city. We had a rooftop caravan which felt extra special. The staff were lovely too. I'd love to stay here again!"

"The property was very well situated to catch the 77 bus to Southbank/Waterloo. We found free parking nearby (weekend) and it suited our plans very well. There are small convenience stores, eateries and (if you really must) a MacDonald nearby. We ended up with a room without windows, with a skylight we couldn't open as it was covered in dust bunnies. "Very nice converted country house. No lifts. Staff very amenable. Good breakfast and simple good food in restaurant. Room was clean and well appointed, could do with a fridge, shower was excellent. Hotel can get noisy at weekends if and when they have weddings and parties."

"My bijou little room was on the first floor of the inn (as opposed to some rooms they have in separate buildings). Quite a nice little room but no view and I had to climb onto the bed to open the velux window. When I opened the bathroom window I had unfortunate cooking smells from the kitchen extractor which was a few feet away, so I only opened it outside meal times. There was no information in the room so I had to wait until the morning to get the WiFi code - I think this should have been...

"It was a shame that they had no fridge in the room and you had to ask for water and glass. But the staff were wonderful even remembered my order for coffee when I ordered it during the evening. Good stay and every one was helpful and polite."

"Positives good parking good location , after that all negatives reception and procedures for checking in poor and area felt uncared for . Room felt icky needed complete refurbishment painting tatty carpets need throwing out . I would say unless you are desperate to be in this area give it a miss ."
