"Very disappointing stay. The room I booked was already occupied when I arrived. I was moved to a smaller room that did not match what I paid for three people, and my children had to find accommodation elsewhere. The place was not very clean and had an unpleasant smell. The kitchen was dirty. I did not even wait for breakfast. I chcked out very early in the morning."

"The room was clean and comfortable. Yea and coffee provided. Plenty of space to get ready. Bed was comfortable. We had been out drinking and was a late night the morning after I asked if we could extend our check out time the request was accepted at no extra cost. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone."

"Our stay was ok. However the mattress in our room, the springs were gone which caused me to be quite uncomfortable throughout our stay and caused me to have pain in my hips. We then also didn't have a plug for our bath and were given a spare one that then also didn't fit the bath. The toilet was also flowing constantly at the back and the plug in the sink didn't also hold water. We ended up having food in the restaurant where my steak wasn't too good. "Really enjoyed our stay Room looked newly refurbished and was spotlessly clean couldn't fault it at all bonus was fabulous views over the countryside. Staff were professional, friendly, pleasant and helpful. We had 2 evening meals there and a breakfast and all were good. Would definitely stay again without hesitation. Ty so much Boshaw Trout"

"It is a nice convenient hotel. Clean. Tea and coffee facilities were nice to settle down nicely on arrival and when I woke up in the morning. Mini refrigerator was handy to keep my leftover food in the refrigerator to eat in the morning. Comfortable table and internet. I give 4 star only as there was no toilet in the room and I hesitated to leave my room in the middle of the night."

"It's not clear that the kitchen is shared, in the advertising. A kettle in the room would be a basic improvement, instead of a journey downstairs. Bathrooms need an upgrade. Soap dispensers are broken, for example. However, staff were helpful and it was surprisingly quiet, despite the house being on the ring road. The location was OK for a 15 min walk to food ETC"
