"Apartment was nice and tidy. There was missing some dishes, like glasses. There was no elevator and our apartment was in third floor. One of our guests was in wheelchair, but fortunately was abble to use walking sticks in stairs, but it was a bit hard. Overall I give 4/5 stars."

"Went on holiday for a couple weeks in the UK. This was my favorite room that I rented due to the kind owner and the amenities. The room had a Microwave & Refrigerator/freezer, which is something that all of the other hotel rooms I rented lacked. The neighborhood was nice and it was pleasant able to walk to the grocery store, restaurants, train station and Kew Gardens/Palace. I felt safe walking around even when it started to get dark.
