"Staff are incredible at this hotel, very friendly and helpful. But the carpets, bathroom and toilets are not kept to a good standard."

"The room was okay, it had a bad smell (I think it was the carpet) but we got used to it. There was only bath towels, no hand towels. The view was amazing. The restaurant downstairs was amazing. We did not spend a lot of time in the hotel, and more in the surrounding area, so that smell did not take the score down too low :)"

"We only stayed for one night before heading to the airport, and it was perfect for that purpose. The location of the hotel provided everything we needed and more - good eats, good drinks and beautiful views. Our room amusingly looked out onto a tiny turfed, non‑accessible courtyard, and with the curtains open you could see people walking by in the adjacent hallway through the floor‑to‑ceiling windows — quirky, but harmless. We booked the cheapest room at a good rate, so no complaints there....

"After a very disappointing experience at another hotel, where we left early after a horrible night, arriving here was a huge relief. A special thank you to the incredibly friendly and helpful lady at the reception (unfortunately, I missed your name). I had accidentally booked a single room instead of one for two adults and one child, and she handled my mistake in such a calm, kind, and uncomplicated way that a potentially stressful situation became completely easy.
