"Großes Zimmer, sauber außer dem Fahrstuhl, Frühstück gut, schnelles WIFI, Zimmerreinigung am ersten Tag um 7:30 Uhr, dass war für ins zu früh, am dritten Tag brauchten wir keine Reinigung mehr, Toilettenpapier gab es an der Rezeption. Insgesamt ein guter Aufenthalt."

"Not enough parking space took almost 2hrs to check in and air in the room was as loud as freight train side doors wouldn’t work with room card sheet rock in room was scratched up the xtra chair in room was stained and cut up refrigerator didn’t keep any thing cold and caulking around tub was missing "

"Worst hotel I have ever stayed. The room had a dog odor. The doors, floors and walls were completely dirty. I didn't sleep well old mattress. I would like my money back. My visited to Memphis was for the funeral of my brother. All the hotels were sold out. I complained to the front desk. "

"One of the best breakfasts I’ve had in a hotel stay. Room was clean. Oh… there was a party on our floor that was very loud and was not stopped, all night/morning. Didn’t sleep well that night. "

Made it there with my wife tired after a long drive ready to lay down just to find out that the property had cancelled my reservation stating they were overbooked and simply waiting for me to arrive to let me know instead of calling me in advance to alert me. Now I have hundreds of dollars hung up because of this and I’m being told that it will take 7-10 business days for the refund to be fully processed and back to me. Not to mention I had to obtain a hotel at another location so...

"Clean and well designed rooms. Linens were not good quality and sheets did not stay in place. Breakfast lacked any protein or fruit. Only had cereals, bread and pastries. Coffee not good and only provided powder creamer "

"Clean room. Only minus was that the microwave didn’t work. Staff was super friendly. Gym was clean. We didn’t use the pool. "

"Their was no roaches from the room door until we left... Couldn't sleep ROACHES everywhere so I sleep in my car. Ask for a refund the lady gave me ANT SPRAY LORD help me and still no refund an still sleep in the car"
