"I was hesitant to book a room here due to some of the negative reviews but we were only staying one night and decided to go for it. It was our boys favorite part of our entire trip. Lou was absolutely amazing (my kids still talk about her) the hotel is within walking distance to the beach and is so family friendly. Board games and computers in the lobby, beautiful pool area. "Excellent property to go too. Lazy river was night and the staff at the front desk was amazing. Very close to the beach with many restaurants and shops to walk too. Even saw Space X launch a rocket from this location. Perfect spot for a great price. Recommend especially if you're bring Children. "

"Such an amazing hotel! I came recent for a solo surf trip, and was treated like absolute royalty everyday! Amazing staff, and building, beach in waking distance. The best part was rent my surfboard and being able to transport it back to my room through the elevators!!! The cocoa beach surf company inside the hotel was an added bonuses!
