"The desk clerk was very friendly and helpful, but the room was in awful shape. There were dirty towels and a kite on the floor in the closet. The heater rattled all night, the toilet seat was loose and water ran in the toilet constantly. The sink had a clog of paper so water wouldn't drain. The room smelled of smoke even though it was a non-smoking building. We discovered the smoke came through the heater from outside when people went out to smoke. There were what looked like scratches or splotches of dark paint on the floor in front of the TV. It was a rough night and a lot needs to be repaired. Paying $166 for the room was ridiculous."

"The staff was helpful right away. The breakfast was good. The room was clean and good size. Check out was noon. I needed that. I'd definitely stay there again. A+"

"Wonderfully close to airport, downtown, and Creighton U. Convenient to drive from and to locations. Very easy travel effort. Very nice staff. Convenience store and restaurant with hotel discount nearby."

"A tired property renovated to be useful for the average traveler. Not sure what the useful amenities were but no drinking water onsite so if you wanted some water you purchased it or drank from the sink. Breakfast was average at best with a limited selection of items. The bed was ok, but the property location was suspect."
