Front desk staff was very friendly, Room and hotel was good condition. Housekeeping and general upkeep was lacking in some areas. Room showed some general weat and tear. Toilet in our room and a sticky flusher and shampoo dispenser in the shower was empty. Hotel location was great and view from our room was nice!

The rooms are clean and the hotel location is convenient. However, with the remodeling, the first floor makes the hotel look not as good as Hampton Inn and Suites usually are. Also, there need to be more gluten-free and non-dairy alternatives at breakfast.
