"I got severe bed bug bites from room 325 and had an allergic reaction from it. I told the staff and showed them the bites. The women at the desk just said sorry. I was like yah I get that but you need to treat the room. I stayed 2 days and tried to check the beds the first day but it is almost impossible with how dim the lighting is in the rooms.
