"The pictures that were used to advertise this hotel were fraudulent. There was a huge mold patch in the shower, the lock securing the adjoining room door was/is not going to prevent breaking in, the light fixtures were rusted really bad, floor tiles are sticking up and just might cut a foot. Nothing like advertised."

I think they should remove the breakfast option from the description, as it looks more like coffee and a snack. Lastly, at $130, the location is quite far from any leisure activities."

"The room felt damp. The outside temp was very hot, so that might have attributed to that. The air conditioner worked fine, perhaps a dehumidifier is needed. Otherwise, zero complaints. Rooms and hotel were very clean and staff helpful. Would recommend"

"The room was clean, but not available until 4:30 so we waited in the lobby. No offer of compensation for having to wait past the posted check in time for a room. Having a hot breakfast was a nice bonus. It would be nice if bathrooms had fans."

"The room was clean and nice. Breakfast is served 6:00 to 10:00. We arrived at 9:15 for breakfast. At 9:40 a staff member was looking around tapping her fingers on a table, seemed irritated we all were still in there eating. She was sweeping around our area and others as we were eating. I was getting a cup of coffee to take with me at 9:50 and they closed the doors to the food area. The breakfast was horrible, the patty sausage and cheese egg omelets. The real potatoes were seasoned and good....

"I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Pensacola during the weekend of May 15th. The apartment was exceptionally clean—one of the cleanest places I’ve stayed. It was fully stocked with amenities that exceeded my expectations and made my stay comfortable and convenient. The neighborhood was quiet, peaceful, and easily accessible to local attractions, restaurants, and shops. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Pensacola area."
