"We had a great stay. The property had everything we needed and was really well set up, which made the whole trip easy.

"Honestly, the resort itself is not clean. The hallways going to our room was so dirty, we took three flights of stairs rather than the elevator because it was so filthy and the floor was falling apart. We wanted to sit and enjoy the nice lounge area by the springs pool bar but there was garbage piled up, the ground had spilled food and drinks everywhere.. it was gross. We have stayed at this hotel several times, but unfortunately this will be our last visit. We’ve noticed that the cleanliness has declined with each stay. There was dust throughout the room, kitchen cups and utensils were dirty with food residue, and the bathroom had mold. It’s disappointing because the hotel is otherwise very convenient and breakfast is great. "
