"The kitchen made plates for airline staff that arrived after the dinner was shut down. I was a late ck-in & nothing was offered to me... if you can't do it g or everyone, don't play favorites and for a few."

"Every thing was wonderful! Jennifer R. Was awesome at check in so sweet and helpful! I was traveling with my 87 year old mom and Jennifer showed me where the coffee was for my mom and was so accommodating!! It was a great experience!!"

"Managers were friendly. Breakfast was good. Room was overall cleaned but bathroom needed more attention (shower and floor). Lighting seemed to be fluorescent, regardless it was blindingly bright. Overall, an older property that has been updated relatively well."

"Room had newer floors, but furniture and beds were worn. Some towels were stained, grey colored, and very thin. Smelled like cat pee outside of door. Big pile of dirt caused tripping hazard in parking spot. Location was close to main road. No breakfast. Would not book a stay again."

"We have stayed at this hotel several times over the years. It is showing its age a bit. Rooms weee clean and comfortable, everything else was too. The traffic noise from I40 was loud."

"I liked the continental breakfast to get the day started. Parking was fine. Room smelled moldy and musty, like old rug and old furniture. "The property breakfast was really good and many choices to choose from. However, I was given a handicapped room that I didn’t ask for and the shower experience was really terrible. My family and I were not able to shower properly due to to the way the shower water rain all over the floor."

"Called to confirm I could check in early. Waited for ~15min in the lobby before anyone showed up to assist me. Bed was comfortable but unfortunately the room smelled very damp. Reading lamp, regular light, and outlets on one side of my bed did not function correctly. AC was cold which was appreciated."
