"The elevator did not work the entire time we were there (5 days). After speaking with the elevator repairman, he said that the building was struck by lighting 2 years ago and the elevator has been off and on ever since. They don’t tell the guests that prior to checking in which is absurd. My mother in law could not go up the stairs so we had to switch to a first floor. "Good breakfast and parking"

"We were given a room that had not been cleaned......had fast food bags, dirty towels, unmade bed, etc. Breakfast options were very limited and not very good."

"I arrived 2 hours after our check-in, and our room wasn't ready, which caused a lot of stress. They didn't seem bothered at all, acting like nothing was happening. I found their treatment to be absurd and do NOT recommend this place."

"Room was clean and very comfortable. Staff answered every question I needed answered. The breakfast was hot with scrambled or hard boiled eggs, waffles, sauage and more. Staff was constantly asking to help with whatever you needed."

"This was our second time staying at this hotel. It was as the first time a very positive experience."

"It was quiet and clean, breakfast was what you would expect from a hotel. Staff was helpful. The only weird part we had was they cleaned our room between our first night and second night and never gave us new towels. Sadly we didn’t notice until the morning when we went to shower and didn’t have time to call down and wait."

"The staff were very nice. There was an issue with the toilet when we arrived, but once notified it was fixed immediately. The pool was great for the kids and my husband and I enjoyed the gym. The space of the room was perfect and the kitchen area was well stocked."
