"A beautiful property in lush grounds. Our room (no. 15) looked over the garden. Wonderful big shower with good power. Just off the main high street made it very quiet. Fab breakfast too to set you up for the day walking around the area."

"We booked for 2 nights and stayed a 3rd as we loved it so much! Greg met us and got us settled in and was very helpful with suggestions for things to see and restaurants. The accommodations were so beautiful and had everything we needed. The breakfasts were excellent and well presented. Location is excellent and loved Pitlochry so much. It really shows the pride taken in running this lovely B&B. Best we have stayed at and we have stayed in many over the years. Thanks again Greg and Sue...

"This is not a hotel, more like a holiday camp without the red coats. Tired paintwork and unkept grounds. Fire alarm went off at 7.30 am !! Couldn't get tea or coffee after 8.45pm as facilities closed at 9pm. Not a good experience."

"A truly exceptional stay and one of my all-time favorites. The staff, owners, incredible food, and beautiful riverside location next to the Pitlochry Festival Theatre are all top-notch. We felt completely relaxed and rested. Leaving was so hard—we would have happily booked a few more nights if we didn't have to move on to the next city. Thank you!"

"On arrival the reception staff were brilliant and friendly. Rooms were ready on arrival but cleanseness not up to standard Dot from restaurant was amazing and remembered our table and our special event that was happening. She is a true gem. Hotel and surrounding areas were amazing, the views from our balcony were awesome, would definitely recommend our only real complaint is the lack of power points in our rooms and no directory or fire information some lights not working"
