"Yes, it’s a budget hotel. That being said, spend the extra money to stay elsewhere. The room was just gross and neglected. The comforters were filthy and covered with stains- just clearly haven’t been washed in ages. Towels had been washed but were heavily stained; the shower barely got warm; the toilet wobbled; the upstairs hallway was super dark… If it were just one of these things I’d be able to look past it. But there wasn’t a single clean, well kept area of this place. It might be ok the cheaper end of hotels in Montrose but I can assure you it’s overpriced for what you get."

"Chipeta continues to improve the facilities and hard product. Staff is very attentive and helpful. And the White Buffalo Restaurant is really good. Even though we enjoy other Ridgway offerings, we ate dinner there 3 nights in a row this trip."

"The room was a bit damaged, but it was definitely pretty cleanly.The breakfast was honestly terrific. Yummy waffles, fresh coffee, and juice, as well as a cereal bar with whole and 2% milk. "
