"I needed this motel room so that I could go to Chicago for business, but for somewhere to sleep at night and spend part of my morning, this place did the trick. I did not have an issue with my room at all and the staff was willing to answer whatever question I had."

"The hotel is in a great location, and the staff are friendly and helpful. However, there are a few drawbacks: 1. The shower design is somewhat inconvenient. The shower hose is concealed, and there is no handheld showerhead available. 2. If you need to shorten your stay, the hotel does not provide refunds for unused nights (approximately $200–300 per night), even when advance notice is given. 3. The area can be quite noisy due to nearby construction work and the frequent sirens from emergency...
