"Stayed 2 nights visiting family. Ate breakfast and evening meals each day of our stay. Beds so comfortable, air con worked well, quiet room. Restaurant was excellent, food very reasonably priced, served up quickly by very very friendly staff. The Manager and Bar Manager were fantastic a credit to Marston’s. All the waiters and waitresses were amazing. Will definitely return."

"At this level, Air Conditioning should be provided, especially after our renovation. We knew there was not air-conditioning and the fan helped on very warm night. This was a newly renovated room and several items were omitted or not completed. First of all the shower was designed that would be difficult for most people to get in and out of. "Perfect location! Was a little noisy with the passing traffic and the tram lines, but this was to be expected as we were in the city centre."

"The property is in a run down part of Nottingham and quite difficult to find. There was a small sofa in the room with lots of stains, one of the lights in the bathroom didn't work and there is on opening window which made the room feel very clastrophobic. Its not terrible value for money but had it not been for the test match in Nottingham, I would have felt the price too high."

"The entire complex was immaculately clean and fresh. The staff were welcoming on arrival and during our stay. The facilities are exceptional as was the breakfast, more than adequate and food quality was superb. The only (very) minor negatives are: The car park is not clearly displayed as being for patrons of the hotel leading to some confusion on arrival. The sofa bed I slept on was as hard as a rock, not very comfortable to be perfectly honest. However, on the whole, an exceptionally good...
