"Great location for family travel in Paris 7th Arrondissement. Safe area, safe apartment (personal QR code to enter main door and apartment). Very close to Rue Cler, 15 mins walk to Eiffel Tower.
I love the decor and interior. Decent kitchen appliances and washing machine.
Would definitely stay here again.
The only downside is no Front Office staff, but they give you a Contact number. "

"We booked two apartments 3 bdr and a two bdr classic apartment). They upgraded the 2 bdr to a 3 bedroom. The apts had a powder room by the living room , bathrooms in the master bdr and in the hallway.
The apartments were a stone’s throw away from the Eiffel Tower and a 3 minute walk to metro station . Best location in my opinion.

"Fully equipped studio unit suitable for a couple. Location was fairly central if you don’t mind walking or taking the metro to major sights. No restaurant on site but numerous restaurants and cafes outside the door of the hotel. Groceries close by as well."

"Das Personal des Hauses war ausnahmslos sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist sehr gut, ubahn in 3 Minuten erreichbar.
Allerdings ist das Haus in die Jahre gekommen und auch die Sauberkeit ist verbesserungswürdig. Es funktioniert z.b. (wohl seit längerem) nur einer von zwei Liften. Man wartet oft und z.t. länger. Es gibt in den Zimmern Ventilatoren, aber keine Klimaanlage.
Das Frühstück könnte gut sein, aber sowohl die viel zu kleine Küche als auch die geringe Personaldecke führen dazu,...

"We had a wonderful stay! The location is excellent, conveniently situated next to RER hubs and Metro stations, making it easy to get around Paris.
We stayed on the 5th floor, and the small Parisian balcony was a delightful surprise. It was the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee while taking in the city views. Another unexpected bonus was the free laundry facility on the 3rd floor, which was incredibly convenient during our trip. Highly recommend!"
