The staff cannot do enough for you. They’re fluent in several languages, and will gladly do anything they can to help. For example, I Lost my eyeglasses at the ballet, and Antoine called the theatre, tracked down lost and found, and located my glasses for me. We needed a shoe repair shop, and again, front desk staff helped out by finding one for us. The hallmark of this hotel is outstanding and friendly staff.

Nice to have the option of specific housekeeping - we just wanted the bins emptied but didn't want to waste towels etc. Very quiet room too, even though it was on the ground floor.
