The property was nothing like advertised on line. No staff and no facilities such as an office or breakfast/dining room. A 3star??absolutely NOT!

I was very pleasantly surprised after reading some of the reviews. The property was very clean and our room met our requirements. The host was exceptional at communicating. Offered to let us drop our bags off earlier than the check in time, efficiently sent the door key codes and messaged to check if we needed anything and were happy with the accommodation. The property was close to the beach and amenities. I would definitely recommend,

The promised code needed to check in was not sent and it was quite a fuss to try and get it via the telephone number provided. The bath took 15 minutes to fill because the hot water was just a dribble. 'Deluxe' is not an apt description for a room of this standard (quite some way below a Premier Inn).

If you want a place to put your head down and don't care about facilities and just want a cheap price, then this is for you. But if you want an actual hotel experience, then look elsewhere. It is an unmanned converted Victorian house with a bizarre entry system to the front door and your actual room in the property. It was very basic and reminded me of a converted student house. Positives, it is near the beach and bars and the room was clean. Negatives, too basic for me personally, poor shower, but you get what you pay for as it was cheap.

The fire alarm went off at 5am and was still going when I left et 8am so sleep wasn't that good but they have offered me 20% off my next stay

The location is fine, Tom is tiny, with the bed covering half the shower room door. Damp smell through the building, bouncy feeling floor in room and toilet (floor feels rotten), shower blocked. Positive - communication between hotel via WhatsApp was good

Room was lovely and was plenty big enough for three adults in Brighton for a night out. Room was clean and check in was so easy as they emailed instructions and codes for entry. Close to seafront and 10 minute walk to the Brighton Centre. Only issue was we couldn’t get on to the wifi and we tried to call for assistance but didn’t get anywhere so we had no internet/signal whilst in the room.

They say Wi-Fi is working, but Wi-Fi is not working at all and the Hotel doesn’t do anything and no Mobile reception in the room so no network no Wi-Fi that’s really bad and the Otel doesn’t even do anything to fix this issues or solve the problem

Didn’t receive check-in details by check-in time so had to chase this up and call up to receive details. There is no sound proofing in the property and on every occasion I’ve stayed guests have been in and out at all hours. The slamming of doors and people up and down the stairs meant I got little sleep, even though I brought earplugs with me. The only time I stay here is when the price is cheap. I wouldn’t pay more then £30 a night to stay here.

Gave wrong WIFI code and was difficult to obtain the correct one But didnt matter anyway because the WIFI was terrible, I got faster internet by a hotspot on my phone, Otherwise the room was fine
