Very well located to the Beach and the Pier. Fresh room with all you needed to have a comfortable stay. Just a few little items needed a bit more attention to make it a 5 star completely. Would recommend and would stay here again when I'm next in Brighton.

Accceas to the property was via a door code which was supplied on the day at check in time which wasn’t till 3. Whilst the room was clean and had been renovated relatively recently it hadn’t been done to a good standard and needs repainting and the bathroom redoing to bring it up to a good standard. The room had French doors which opened up onto a flat roof which couldnt be used as a balcony and the Juliet balcony guard was laid on the flat roof. View out the window was horrid and over looked. Overall we wouldn’t book this room again.

Lovely property well kept. A short walk to the seafront, shops, restaurants and pubs nearby. Excellently situated for a relaxed weekend away.

Room was spacious and very well cleaned. Bed very comfortable. Shower would go very cold to very hot for unknown reasons. As we was on a top floor the room was very stuffy and the noise from the seagulls was a bit much.

As someone who travels a lot and stays in a variety of places, the check in and lack of reception others don’t like isn’t an issue for me. Easy process, good stay. Cheaper than everywhere else on Halloween.

Alright for one night but toilet area was tiny my 6ft partner couldn’t shut the door or sit on the toilet seat properly plus we lost hot water for a couple of hours while we were staying, no front desk so no one at to tell anyone and the drains were really stinky in the top floor room however other than that it was a lovely room, well located, massive bed and nice and warm.

I had the single room, which was stylish, very cute and exactly as advertised, and was very clean with a comfortable bed. The separate private bathroom was actually on the floor above, but again very clean and well appointed (except that the hot and cold taps are labelled the wrong way around!). The bedroom walls are not hugely sound proof but they thoughtfully provided ear plugs. Lots of cafés locally for breakfast. I'd certainly stay here again.

The check in process was easy and we were provided with instructions on how to enter the property. The room was clean and had amenities for tea / coffee. The bathroom was fantastic and had a heated towel rack which was a lovely touch as well as the bathtub. The bed was comfortable and we had a great sleep. There were ear buds provided but we found the property and area to be peaceful during our stay so didn’t need to use these.

We were unable to access the property at first as the front door wouldn't open. Myself and 4 others who arrived at the same time all tried, I phoned the number and the person on the other end was less than helpful. Eventually the cleaner let us inside and said you had to turn the handle left then right, no where on the check in instructions that were sent or on the wall did it say this. Our room was by the front door and was quite noisy, we slept with the fan on to drown out some of the noise.
