"The staff is always polite and helpful. The morning breakfast is stocked and hot. My only suggestion is to have a third breakfast meal in rotation. If you stay long enough, it can become monotonous."

"My biggest complaint is the smell. Our room had an awful odor. Every time we came back to our room, I had to brace myself for the smell. I had to wash all my clothes as soon as we got home. Staff was nice. I honestly don't think the money we paid for 2 nights was worth it. I was actually shocked by the total when I had to pay when we checked in. I didn't have the strength to fight anyone tho. Hotel is old and definitely needs a face lift. The breakfast was good quality and enjoyed a made to order omelette. Pool area was small. Some parts or the carpet smelled like old dirty pool water. Bathroom was nice and clean. The shower curtain didn't fit the tub, short, so water got everywhere."

"Stayed 2 nights. First morning there were many breakfast choices. Second morning things were no refilled and mostly gone. I had stopped by the front desk for extra towels. I was told they would bring them up to the room. After about 30 minutes I called to inquire and was told I’d have to come get them if I wanted them because the front desk person was too busy to help. I shared that I had tried that and was told they would be dropped off but the new front desk person said they could not help due to many excuses and said the other person was no longer there. Towels never arrived."
