the doors were a little difficult to figure out (we had to help other guests too) but the rooms were as shown and we had absolutely no problems while staying there. we arrived a few hours early so i called up and they let us check in early and the staff was lovely

Can’t grumble at all for the price paid! The room was clean, and the instructions for checking in were clear and made the whole process really smooth. The customer service from the staff was also exceptional. The only improvement I could suggest would be the water pressure in the shower, although I appreciate this isn’t always easy to address in older buildings. The hotel’s location is absolutely perfect—right in the centre of Brighton and within easy reach of everything. The room also had a Smart TV with Netflix, Prime Video, etc., as well as the standard Freeview channels. Overall, I highly recommend this budget-friendly accommodation if you’re looking for somewhere central in Brighton!

Low standard room. Lowest price we found, but to expansive release to the services. Windows broken, cant be open. Lock of the bathroom broken too, almost stuck in. Unconfortable old mattress springs. Room cleaned well. Worn out stuff Close to the city center, all needs around. Friendly and helpful staff

A nice place to stay and is good for the price - the staff was in contact constantly and were very helpful throughout our stay! We were able to use the 24/7 customer service via Whatsapp and everyone was very polite.

The room was at the top and should have been made clear in advert that it was a hot box room on the top floor. There was no wifi. Fan didn't work. It stunk of cigarettes and the shower gad to pressure. Barely enough pressure to rinse off soap.

The room was basic, but it was clean, tidy, comfortable and had everything we needed. Communication from the staff was excellent. About a 2 minute walk from the pier.

The location was fantastic but the check-in process was complicated. The instructions to enter the property were incomplete. You had to hold your hand over the handle for the numbers to appear before you could put a code in.

Arrived at hotel to have no keys in box for my room. No en-suite, toilet and shower were on the next landing down from the room. Lino placed over a big dip in the floor of toilet, Shower room next door to toilet didn’t heat up so had to have a cold shower, and the holder for the shower kept falling down.

Do not stay here. No reception. Just a house with rooms and locks on door. Door boarded on outside. Room smelt really bad. Windows don't close properly. Cheap, thin mattress. Burn mark on sheet.
