"I am a solo traveler and I felt very safe at this hotel. It is very close to many food places easy walking distance to them. Parking was close and well lit. Staff was very welcoming and the toiletries were so wonderful that I ordered the same to be at my home when I arrived home. "

"We were attending a graduation in Steubenville, and picked this hotel because closer hotels were all booked. Additionally, hotels in Steubenville itself are terrible. I was more than pleased with my stay here, and it was well worth the extra travel time. The staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. The grounds and room were clean and comfortable. "The hotel was clean in and out, and the area is clean and safe. Came here for a tournament, which they seem to host a lot of families for these tournaments as well as traveling lineman, oil, and construction workers. Inwas surprised how clean the rooms were with the full kitchen. No complaints. Outside looked like a 3 star hotel and the rooms has great mattresses. I out a 3 for amenities, but i dont know if they have any, but to for an overnight stay, it was great."

"There was an eleven dollar parking fee on top of the room fee and the room smelled of urine. It was a very strong urine smell that was throughout the entire room and bathroom."
