"What hot tub, I reserved a executive suite. They gave me a handicap room and I'm not even handicap, the coffee sucked, I will not stay there anymore on my next trip, fire exit door would not open"

"This facility is a indigent stay place. My room was a no smoking room that reeked of cigarette smoke. I was forced to buy Febreeze and sprayed the room three times to get the smell out. The mattress has been used so much that it can't be called a mattress anymore. The bed cover under the mattress was filthy with stains all over it. The carpet was filthy with many cigarette burn holes. I had to wear my shoes to walk around the room. The refrigerator was in good working order. Best thing about the...

"Clean and quiet room, friendly staff, good location for visiting Kenyon College. The breakfast could use a healthy option, even if it was just oatmeal or cereal, but otherwise a very good value and very comfortable place to stay."

"I did not use the wifi. The temp of the room was fine for a window unit. It is a 100 year old building. "

"Rooms need deep cleaning. The tub and shower you could tell maybe been a quick rinse but there was layered dirt in the corners and just an overall layer of soap scum. Toilet there was what appeared to be feces smeared by the handle ( luckily I carry travel Clorox wipes with me for just in case). The room itself was okay, dusty. The top blankets you can tell have not been washed in awhile. The pool was freezing- so much so one of my boys said it would have been warmer to swim in an outside pool....

"Breakfast was top of the line. Location was perfect, we could walk to the shopping areas if the weather had cooperated. There was a tornado warning on one evening, we heard the sirens very plainly. Scary but the staff kept us all informed."

"Beyond excellent! Very, very clean. Very accommodating very nice, updated and modern. I have never seen a hotel this clean and i travel everywhere. Breakfast was delicious and so many choices. Room had refridgerater, microwave and coffee pot. We will definatly be there again. Staff was exceptional in all ways."
