There was no one at the desk when I checked in at 5 pm. Even after ringing the bell, it was a good 10 minutes before anyone showed up. The bathtub in the room was old and the grab bar was missing and there was no stopper for the drain and there was a used towel hanging behind the door

I truly loved the customer service and comfortability of the room. The staff was so welcoming and my room had a good aroma with a lovely bed I slept deeply on. Definitely would book again.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. The pictures of the hotel are misleading completely. Pool wasn't available which was why I picked it. Rooms are very much VERY OLD. To their credit, they are remodeling.

This is a great place to stay. Check in was easy and quick. The staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Surprisingly charming and convenient
I had an unexpectedly great experience stopping here on a cross-country road trip. The hotel seems to be partway through a renovation and there are parts that are blocked off, but it looks like many of the rooms are already done, and mine could not have been cuter, cleaner, or cozier. I loved the art, color, and design. The bed was really comfortable and I liked all the places to store things. The only hot item at breakfast was waffles, but there's a Waffle House just a couple blocks away where I grabbed a great, inexpensive breakfast. This hotel has easy access off and on the interstate and is close to multiple gas stations and convenience stores. The coffee at the OneStop nearby is great. Would definitely stay here again if needing a place to stop in the area.

The hotel is currently under going a remodel. I didn’t like the area around but the staff were super friendly and helpful. I was worried about my rental truck with all my possessions inside but it’s hard not to be right next to a freeway. If I was in the area I would stay there again but hopefully I won’t have all my life’s possessions in a truck. The hotel is dog friendly which is super helpful.

The staff is nice and friendly. We thought the balcony would be outside. We were surprised when we discovered that it overlooks the enclosed indoor pool that is under construction. Comfy bed.

Our check in went fine - no problems there. Room was clean. There was no sink area in the bathroom - only in the coffee area. The pillows were small and VERY lumpy. A loveseat beside the bed looked and felt fairly worn and the reclining button on one side was broken. I asked the receptionist the night before what time breakfast was served and she stated 6:00 and that it was a continental breakfast (none of the good stuff, like eggs, she said). The next morning we began loading our car just before 6:00 and there was no one in the breakfast area putting food out and the light was not turned on. We came to check out at 6:00 and it was still the same - no one putting food out and the light still turned off. I asked the receptionist and she said, "Oh, the light is behind the door". We went in and turned the light on to find a very small amount of food available, with absolutely no indication of how long it had been sitting there (it was definitely not fresh that morning). There were a few muffins and some slices of white bread, a couple of types of cereal in dispensers and three apples that did not look fresh in a bowl. There were no bagels with cream cheese (verified this with the receptionist). The food looked so old and stale that we didn't dare try it - we went down the street to McDonald's. The morning receptionist acted like she was not interested in folks coming and going. We will certainly avoid staying at this hotel in the future and do not recommend it.
