"Hotel is good for an overnight stay. Room was old but clean. Employees were very nice and helpful. Shuttle to Malpensa airport is excellent and just 10-15 min away. Restaurant on site is very good and servers were very nice."

"Good comfortable hotel and very convenient for an overnight before or after a flight. Five minutes drive to the Malpensa airport. Breakfast was excellent with a wide choice. We had dinner as well which also was excellent. Both, the food and the service were excellent. The hotel has a bar too. Rooms were clean. Plenty of parking on site and free which eas a bonus for us considering having to pay between 15 and 25 Euros per day for overnight parking almost everywhere we went Suited us perfectly...

"I booked this hotel for my friends, check in was really complicated, nobody was there to help with room key from last century ,they had to wait for help . And it says shuttle bus available but when I ask about shuttle to airport they told me it depends on availability ."

"Everything is perfect. Only if they provide shuttle service more frequently that would be perfect. When I request the shuttle service I was told 6am and 7 am shuttles were full and next one will be 11am. I have to take taxi instead."

"The property had bugs and spider webs all over the place. I ended up sleeeping with my daughter because I was afraid of sleeping in the queen bed since there were bugs on the wall. Upon arrival we saw a note on the door that said they had a bug problem. However, that was not mentioned when I booked the room. My daughter and I are very afraid of them. "Shuttle to hotel only runs every hour during the afternoon, so if you miss it by four minutes don’t be tempted to walk. The location seems close to the airport but it is not easily walkable. The hotel is pretty rundown and unfortunately our room wasn’t super clean. There is an onsite restaurant for dinner and the option for breakfast, which was convenient.
