Exceptionally clean, quiet, and had a warmth to it that is hard to explain. Perhaps the high quality, but not generic furnishings. The continental breakfast in the room is basic, BUT treat it as a bonus, because the place is outstanding without a breakfast. This would rate as my top 10 of places to stay. And perhaps...

Bed comfortable, One minute walk to Royal Qld Yacht Squadron club where you receive member ship prices for motel guests also easy walk into town cates beach parks etc. Ideal location, great staff and facilities.
